Frequently asked questions
Visit Help Center- Navigate to the registration page and provide the requested details. If you are the first to create a MyTerminal account for your company you will automatically become the MyTerminal Administrator (MTA) of your company. As an administrator we require you to use a personal business email address (yourname@yourbusiness.com/nl/etc).
- After you have submitted your company and profile information, you will receive an email to confirm your email address.
- We will validate the information of your registration by calling you within two business days. Shortly after this call you will receive an email with the outcome of our validation. When your account is verified successfully, you are ready to log in to MyTerminal.
- The MTA is now authorized to invite other colleagues to MyTerminal.
- Please make sure you have completed all the input fields.
- When you get the message that your Chamber of Commerce number is already registered, it is possible that a colleague has already registered. Please contact your MyTerminal Administrator (MTA) to invite you to MyTerminal.
- If for some reason you are still unable to register, please contact myterminal@ect.nl or read our Help Center.
If you cannot pay by credit card or direct debit, it is possible to pay by bank transfer. A bank transfer is only possible with a yearly payment.
